All of our products are backed by a 60-Day Limited
Warranty for your peace of mind.
If a manufacturing defect or functional issue occurs
within 60 days of delivery, we will gladly assist you by providing technical
support, a replacement, or an exchange — depending on the situation.
🔧 Important Warranty
Conditions:
- This
warranty does not cover physical damage, such as cracks, dents,
water damage, or impact-related issues. - The
warranty is void if: - The
device has been opened, modified, rooted, unlocked, or tampered with. - The
operating system has been altered or custom firmware installed. - The
device has been physically damaged or shows signs of misuse. - The
device must be fully unlocked (not activation-locked or
iCloud-locked) to qualify for warranty service or return.
We stand behind the quality of our products and will work
with you to resolve any valid warranty concerns efficiently.
Returns
We accept returns only in the case of defective or
malfunctioning items.
- All
products are tested prior to shipping, but if your item arrives and is not
working as expected due to a functional defect, please contact us
within 7 days of delivery. - We
will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund upon receiving and
inspecting the item. - Items
must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original
accessories.

are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, accidental purchases,
incompatibility issues, or damage caused by the user. - Our
warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, software
modifications, or unlocking attempts.
Devices
showing signs of tampering or unauthorized repair will void any return
eligibility.
